Thank you for taking the time to get to know Shop Culture.
Before starting Shop Culture, I spent close to a decade at companies like Amazon and Walmart, working across category, product, and customer experience. That experience gave me a close view of how brands grow, where they struggle, and what kind of support actually helps.
It also showed me what was often missing.
I saw too many agencies begin with strong promises, only for senior involvement, depth, and accountability to fade once the work started. Brands were left with activity and reporting, but not always with real progress.
That stayed with me for a long time.
I started Shop Culture to build the kind of partner I believed brands deserved — one that combines strategic clarity, hands-on execution, and real ownership of outcomes.
From the beginning, I also knew this could not be built like a traditional agency. E-commerce today moves too quickly and grows too complex for that. Brands need strong thinking, but they also need better systems. That is why technology, data, and AI-enabled automation are an important part of how we work: not as a substitute for judgment, but as a way to make execution smarter, faster, and more consistent.
